Jennifer was super professional from the time I listed my Lake Stevens townhouse with her until the time it sold. She was courteous, patient, and very knowledgeable. I'm rarely give five-star ratings people, businesses, or products across the board, but Jennifer is an exception. Her patience, prowess, and experience are top notch. Jennifer gladly showed us home after home throughout the eastside from Woodenville to Renton until we found the right fit. She was super quick at sending an email or text as soon as a new home popped up on MLS and was usually able to show us the home on the same day. We were high maintenance clients with a very specific type of home we were looking for. She was extremely flexible about communicating with us at all manner of hours throughout the week, whether through email, text, or via phone. She walked us through the entire process from end-to-end, recommended a great lender, and offered creative solutions to help us get into the home we wanted. Jennifer was a constant advocate, a rock, a heavy hitter. She went up to bat for us more times than I can count and I fully recommend her services.

Jennifer is awesome! I was referred to her by a friend. She responded to my email right away and met me on a Saturday to check everything out. She gave me great tips to get the house ready for sale and had a great plan for listing the house for sale. Once listed I didn't even make it 24 hours on the market before we had accepted an offer. We closed faster than we had hoped and everything went very smooth. I couldn't recommend her higher!

Jennifer made the process of selling my home a breeze! I had been dreading it, but she was positive and helpful, quick to respond, professional and friendly. I contacted her by email very early on a Saturday morning, we met that day, had the photographer out on Monday, listed the house Tuesday and had multiple offers within 24 hours. Jen has amazing knowledge of western Washington real estate in particular Woodinville, Redmond, and Bothell areas. She understood what I was looking for and helped in narrowing down the process of what would have been otherwise an overwhelming experience.
