Diego Vitelli - Managing Broker/Property Manager
With the return of a thriving yet still challenging market that we find ourselves in, it is important to know that you are working with a trusted and experienced agent that has a solid understanding of not only the market, but one that you feel really has your best interest at hand. My 20+ years in the sales/service industry (10 years with Real Estate with an additional 5+ years in Title, Escrow and Mortgage Origination and Wholesale Lending) have taught me numerous things; none more important than having personal integrity in everything I do and with everyone I meet… whether we do business together or not.
I'm a Colombian born adoptee that moved to the States at age 5, was raised in Boston until 18 and came to Seattle University for college where I earned my B.A. in Business Administration with a Marketing concentration and also earned a Minor in Spanish. The environments and diversity I've experienced helped shape my broad view of what makes a location and house a home. I've become a very insightful and perceptive person which helps me have great success with intuitively understanding my clients wants and needs as well as how to negotiate with other agents to get what both parties desire for a seamless transaction. I thrive off working with all types of people and seeing their dreams materialize.
My passions are my kids and spending time with my long-time girlfriend living a healthy life of exercise and good nutrition. Other interests include being a mentor, coaching soccer/baseball, reading, and social gatherings. I wish you the very best on your path in life and should our paths cross, I look forward to being enriched by the experience and leaving you with the most positive experience in the home sale or purchase process. Please let me know how I can be of help to you or someone you know looking to buy or sell a home!
Always grateful for your help in introducing someone you respect to someone you care about.
