Heather Morgan - Real Estate Broker
I am a Pacific Northwest native and real estate professional serving North Bothell and the greater Seattle area.
My passion for real estate started at a young age as my mother was a successful real estate broker for 35 plus years. I inherited exposure to real estate but also developed a keen aptitude stemming from my sincere interest, knowledge, experience in the industry and my desire to help others and my community. After graduating from Central Washington University with a Business Administration degree I quickly jumped into real estate. I purchased a personal storage business as well as my first home by the age of 21. I have since purchased, sold and hold properties both for personal and investments. I knew that when my children were in full time school I would obtain my real estate license and fulfill my dream of becoming a real estate broker and providing exceptional service to my family, friends and community. I am passionate about helping my clients reach their real estate goals. I am dedicated to superior customer service with a friendly and personal approach. My job as your agent is to keep you informed during your home buying or selling process and to work with you every step of the way. I believe The Cascade Team model of 1% listing and buyer incentives is an added value to my clients!
I currently reside in North Bothell with my husband and our two sons. I believe in giving back to my community and have always gave my time throughout the years from senior services to Habit for Humanity. Currently when I am not working I spend one day a week volunteering at my boys school in the Everett School District. I have been a board member of our award winning PTA for the past several years while captaining and organizing many school events throughout the year. I also volunteer as a driver in my community for the Road to Recovery program with the American Cancer Society. In my free time I enjoy spending time with my family, hiking, biking and exploring all that the PNW offers!
I feel honored to be able to live, volunteer and work in this beautiful community!
