We were extremely pleased with the service Roger Stensland provided us, not once, but twice! Our experience purchasing our first home together went smoothly and quickly. He was very honest with us and shared a wealth of information regarding home care and advice which helped lower our expenses. Years down the road when we decided to sell our home, there was no question who we would turn to for assistance in selling our home. He helped us price our home just right, address issues that would assist in a quick sale, and we immediately had offers in less than a week. The house sold in record time and Roger even took it upon himself to address and follow up on paperwork discrepancies from the buyer's company which resulted in saving us a lot of money. He also did additional walk-through prior to inspection to ensure it would pass the official one. He even purchased a carbon monoxide detector for the second floor on our behalf as we were out of state at the time.
