Forget about sales numbers. How do the most successful agents think and believe?

Visualize a pyramid with the six distinct levels represented below. Level one represents the first part of the journey to success in real estate, and level six represents the pinnacle. Perk Up the Paint

It might not be your favorite to-do, but painting your house at the first sign of peeling will protect the siding and structure from

During their multi-generational hiatus, technology has changed the way that homes are bought and sold, which has made the real estate market challenging and confusing. Fortunately, with the help of a little education, you and your fellow baby boomers can take a leap of faith and dive into the deep end of the real estate market. Consider the following tips:

  1. Education should start long before you decide to sell your home. With increasingly publicized home records, valuations and even neighborhood statistical reports, the average buyer will come to

A realtor I have worked with recommended I consider the Cascade Team. After speaking with Diego and learning more about the Cascade Team business model, I felt we have a balanced approach to the effective use of information technology, having a comprehensive training program for new brokers, having an international presence, and a competitive commission schedule.

I have been a Civil Engineer for over 15 years. During that time, I have had the opportunity to work on many interesting and challenging

It’s hard to believe that 10 years ago today I told my managing broker at John L Scott that I was leaving and going to start my own brokerage. My mom was putting signs in the front yard, and I went out and told her what was happening. She said, “Oh Heidi, if you’re going to be in this business, you can’t let a little cat scare you.” She went into the house saying she’d put Buster in his kennel. I felt a little embarrassed as I waited outside. But after another minute, I heard a scream and a door
