Museum admission is free for all dads accompanied by their kids (of any age) on Father's Day, Sunday, June 16. The major additions to the Museum since last Father’s Day include the Destination Moon: The Apollo 11 Mission exhibition (open until Sept. 2) and the Vietnam Veterans Memorial Park with its centerpiece B-52. The Weekend Family Workshops will offer activities the family can share with dad. Admission to Destination Moon is $10.

PUYALLUP, WA — With the first heat wave this season bearing down on Puget Sound, take notice: all (air-conditioned) Regal Cinemas in the area will be showing kids movies this for just $1 this summer.

The movies will be screened on Tuesdays and Wednesdays and include kids favorites like "Despicable Me 3," "Kung Fu Panda 3," "How to Train Your Dragon," "The LEGO Batman Movie," "Secret Lives of Pets," "Puss in Boots," and many more.

KIRKLAND, Washington (June 6, 2019) - The housing market in western Washington may not be as hot as it was last spring, but it is heating up, suggested one industry leader in commenting on the latest statistics from Northwest Multiple Listing Service.

Matt Deasy, president of Windermere Real Estate/East, Inc. said his analysis of single family home sales in King County reveals 7 out of 10 properties that sold during May had 15 or fewer days on the market. He also noted more than half the listings (55 percent) in the county sold for at or above list price, the highest ratio since July 2018.
