There is a home buyer rebate offered in the State of Arizona that most Anthem home buyers have never even heard of.  The reason? most Realtor's do not want you, the Home Buyer to know about it!  When you buy a home in Anthem, the Realtor you work with gets paid a commission, that is paid by the seller of the home you are buying.  The standard commission to the agent that has been showing you homes is 3%...On a 350,000 home purchase, your agents commission would be $10,500. Your agent has the ability to give you a rebate at the close of escrow to help you pay for closing costs or help you buy down your interest rate. They have the ability to give you up to HALF of their commission, which based upon the example above, half of $10,500 would be $5,250 you
