There are currently 524 active residential homes for sale in Bellevue, with an average price of $967,875; up from our last report.  These numbers reflect an increase in housing inventory from the last report , but a continued uptick in pricing.  In addition, there are now only 64 short sales in Bellevue, at an average price of $524,336, another uptick in pricing, along with now only 9 bank owned homes, at an average price of $601,528.  It appears the market is now shifting towards a sellers market, as days on market continue to shift down and prices continue to edge higher.  These are positive signs that Bellevue's housing market is strong.

As of February 12, 2012, there are currently 424 active residential homes for sale in Bellevue, with an average price of $882,579.  This number is showing a reduction in housing inventory from the last report and another uptick in pricing.  In addition, there are 80 short sales in Bellevue, at an average price of $516,679, along with 21 bank owned homes, at an average price of $474,930.  While still a buyers market, the reduction of inventory and the uptick in Bellevue home prices is a postive sign as we begin to make our way through the first quarter of this years Bellevue housing market.

As of December 15, 2011, there are currently 456 active residential homes for sale in Bellevue, with an average price of $831,483.  This number is showing a reduction in housing inventory from the last report and an uptick in pricing.  In addition, there are 89 short sales in Bellevue, at an average price of $489,381, along with 32 bank owned homes, at an average price of 501,379.  While still a buyers market, the reduction of inventory and the uptick in Bellevue home prices is a postive sign as we head into the beginning of the year.

As of July 15th, 2011, there are currently 414 active residential homes for sale in Bellevue.  Of the 414 active listings, 17 are bank owned homes in Bellevue, with an average price of $653,229 and 102 days on market, and 38 Bellevue shorts sales, with an average price of $653,722 and 144 days on market.  While the overall listing count came down, there were three more short sales in Bellevue that hit the market last week.

As of July 15th, 2011, there are currently 429 active residential homes for sale in the city of Bellevue.  Of the 429 active listings, 19 are bank owned homes, with an average price of $563,779 and 118 days on market, and 35 are shorts sales, with an average price of $676,654 and 153 days on market.  It would appear based on this that buyers are not as drawn to short sales as prices don't appear to be as attractive as they once were.
