The Potential Buyer must provide proof of being pre-qualified for a home loan, or may chose to get pre-qualified with one of our pre-screened lending partners.
Once you reach a mutually agreed upon price and terms, then the listing agent draws up the fully agreed to contract.
Escrow and Title partners are availiable for your reference to help successfully close your transaction.

Buyer then inspects the home and any needed repairs or inspection related items are negotiated.
Buyer closes on the home and the transaction is complete.
