The Minneapolis home featured in the 1970s television classic, “The Mary Tyler Moore Show,” is for sale for $2.895 million. The home attracts nearly as many visitors as Elvis’ Graceland home, drawing up to 30 tour buses a day during the summer, AOL Real Estate reports.
The 9,500-square-foot home has seven bedrooms and nine bathrooms. The home’s exterior was featured in “The Mary Tyler Moore Show” and served as the place where characters Mary Richards, Rhoda, and Phyllis lived.
The home features “ornate millwork, bayed rooms, and leaded glass transom accents throughout,” according to The Barry Berg Group of Coldwell Banker, which has the listing.
