My sales have included an 18,000+ (leasable) sq ft sub-market office building, in-fill developable lots, a partially entitled residential plat, and a fractured townhome project.
Property Management: (6/2011-11/2012) I managed 15 to 180 unit apartment communities. Responsibilities included: lease management, tenant screening, financial analysis, budget creation, market analysis, reporting, owner interaction, market research, staff management, and planning.
Education: University of Washington Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, and Construction Management
