Police say a security camera has captured footage of two Philadelphia real estate agents allegedly throwing dead mice and snakes and cutting tree branches on a neighbor’s property who had a home for sale next to theirs. The police also allege that the agents were caught on video knocking over "For Sale” signs on the $1 million next door listing.

The agents, a couple who work in luxury real estate together, also had their own home listed for sale for $1 million and were competing against the neighboring home.

Police have cited the agents for disorderly conduct and harassment.

A house sitter had filed a complaint with police saying that someone had been knocking over the “For Sale” sign on the home and stealing fliers that advertised the property for-sale. The home owner then installed security cameras.

A lawyer representing the accused couple, Jonathan and Andrea Straub with Prudential Fox & Roach, says the people on the video are unrecognizable and that the Straubs have done nothing wrong. Another attorney representing the couple called the charges “absurd” and said the couple would be going to court to fight the charges against them.
