We are proud to present a joint effort to provide first time homebuyers the information they need to better understand both the first time homebuyer tax credit, the move up buyer tax credit, FHA financing options, USDA 100% financing loans, jumbo financing options, buyer purchase rebates, HUD home purchases, bank owned and foreclosure properties. This website is a one stop resource for numererous purchase and financing options avialable to primarily first time homebuyers, but all home buyers alike. In addition, we have added a new down payment assistance program called the mortgage credit certificate. This allows homebuyers to take an additional tax credit on their mortgage payment, saving them thousands over the life of the loan. There are some restrictions on this program, so contact a Guild Mortgage representative for more information. Many of these programs can open up opportunities for buying a home and allow you take advantage of the historically low interest rates at the same time.
