How To Activate A Drip Campaign And Send To Leads

In less than 5 minutes and just a few steps, you can set up a drip campaign to automatically send messages to your clients.

 

Create A Group

  1. Click Leads
  2. Click Groups
  3. Click Add New Group
 

Name The Group

  1. Name the Group - Make it a unique name that no one else is using. Such as "Your First and Last Name - Buyers"
  2. Click on color of your choice
  3. Enter a description (optional)
  4. Click Create Group
 

Open The Campaign Manager

Log into The Cascade Team Back Office with your username and password at http://www.thecascadeteam.com/backend

  1. Click Leads
  2. Click Campaigns
  3. Click on the name of the campaign you want to activate

 

Activate And Assign A Group For The Campaign

  1. Click the Active button
  2. Check the Group corresponding to the campaign
  3. Click Save
 

Assign Leads To The Group

  1. Click Leads
  2. Click View Leads
  3. Check the Leads you want to receive the drip campaign (You can check multiple leads)
  4. Click the Group button
  5. Select the same Group from the previous step you just completed
 

Confirm Group Assignment

You will now see a pop-up message confirming you want to assign the leads to that group

  1. Click Assign

Congratulations, you're all done! Leads you have assigned to this group will now receive the drip campaign.

 

Adding Future Leads To The Drip Campaign

Now that you have the drip campaign activated, you'll want to add more future leads as you meet them to your drip campaign. It just takes a minute to do it.

  1. Click Leads
  2. Click New Lead
 

Create The Lead and Apply The Group

  1. Enter the lead info. First, last and email address are required. All other info is optional.
  2. Check the Group you want to apply the lead to
  3. Click Create New Lead

That's it, you're all done!
