David has many years of experience in Retail and Corporate Architecture before switching to real estate; he most recently was the Project Director at Environetic Design Group (China) Ltd. He earned his Bachelor of Science from Chung Yuan Christian University in Taiwan, as well as his Masters in Architecture from Washington University in St. Louis. David speaks Chinese, Taiwanese and Shichuan Dialect; and he will be joining our Bellevue Office.
A Pacific Northwest native, Spencer was born in Seattle and grew up on the Eastside in Redmond. Growing up in a real estate family, Spencer had the advantage of being exposed to a wealth of real estate and construction knowledge. At Steven D. Smith Construction, he learned the best methods of property selection, home design, material selection, construction techniques, and curb appeal to ensure success in the real estate world. Solid values of integrity, determination, and kindness have enabled him to build strong relationships in the local real estate community. Spencer graduated from Santa Clara University with a BA in Marketing. He utilizes his vast knowledge and skill set derived from his education, extensive work in multiple construction trades, and at Steven D. Smith Construction in order to educate home buyers into making smart home buying decisions. Spencer is an outdoor enthusiast that enjoys mountain biking and hiking with his two dogs, skiing, climbing Mt. Rainier, and more.
