30 years ago I began my professional career in the Portland area as a successful engineer in the steel industry. At the same time I also dealt in real estate investing for my own wealth building. In 1992 I became a licensed real estate broker and opened my own brokerage in Clark County. Since that time I have helped hundreds of Clark County residents realize their dreams in buying and selling real estate; whether it be for their own residences or investment properties. I have literally helped make tens of millions of dollars for my clients and allowed some of them the opportunity to reach their financial goals far before they expected. I am a trained problem solver, innovator, negotiator, educator, and business person. My clients often tell me how much they appreciate my approach to real estate as a life-changing financial decision. I am their conduit to finding and interpreting difficult information and then presenting them with the unfettered truth about their real estate choices. I’m not the “fluffiest” real estate professional out there, but my clients tell me that I’m the best.
