A proud native of Arizona, I graduated from Arizona State University with a degree in Finance. While in school I had a four year internship with The Vanguard Group one of the world’s largest investment companies. I learned the ins and outs of investing, mutual funds and retirement planning. Upon graduation I worked for Bank of America as a mortgage loan officer. I serviced the mortgage needs of 5 banking centers and fell in love with having the ability to work side by side with homebuyers. There is no better feeling than that of helping a family get into their first home. Five years into my mortgage career I decided to move abroad to Madrid, Spain to teach English for a year. This was an amazing experience where I was able to fulfill a lifelong dream of traveling and learning a completely different culture than my own.
