Erin moved to WA to work as a Physical Therapist and she soon found a passion for helping others invest in themselves in the form of real estate. Her friend who was a broker helped her buy her first home, and she was hooked! Erin is now a broker with six years experience whose passion stems from her own want to better understand the legalities and marketing aspects of a transaction. Buying or selling a home is an important investment and Erin works hard so her buyers and sellers don't have to.
While she trained with Kensington Real Estate's rigorous mentoring program and transitioned to Savvy Lane to best invest in her buyers and sellers, Erin joined Cascade to continue to dedicate her service to a brokerage that allows brokers the creativity to best serve their clients. When she learned of all the tools and resources available at Cascade that not only maximise proceeds of the transaction but also provide state of the art tools to do so, it was an easy choice to join this invigorating team.
Erin graduated from Boston University in 2004 with her B.S. in Health Studies, Boston University in 2006 with her Masters in Physical Therapy, and the Ola Grimbsy Institute in 2013 with her Doctorate in Manual Physical Therapy. She completed her Real Estate License training in 2016 and is eager to put her extensive training to good use.
When not helping people meet their housing goals, Erin enjoys spending time with loved ones, volunteering, growing her investment portfolio, gardening, hiking, and trail running.
