The real estate market has never fully recovered since the economy collapsed in  2008, and after four years real estate agents are still pulling out all of their  tricks to try and sell a property.

Real estate agents in Canada are enticing clients with  booze. Prospective buyers of two homes that were recently on the market were  told they got to keep $1,000 worth of beer in the fridge if they signed the  dotted line.

Verrado home sales continue to be a little on the slow, however inventory levels have climbed a little over the last couple weeks with 78 active Verrado homes for sale (including those under contract but accepting back up offers), with 4 short sales and now 3 bank owned homes.  There are currently 38 pending homes in Verrado, with only 8 homes being new construction.  Overall, new construction home activity remains brisk, but the numbers are showing a very strong increase in the resale activity at Verrado.

After a meteor struck western Siberia and more meteors threatened the entire globe on Friday, CNNMoney asked the question: Who pays for damage to a home if hit by a space object?
