Welcome BACK to The Cascade Team Erin Smith! Erin is literally jumping with joy to be back with The Cascade Team. She and her husband moved away a few years ago, but have returned to the Vancouver WA market. Erin is currently working to pass her Managing Broker's exam and will be the newest Branch Manager for the Vancouver WA office. Erin has tons of experience and amazing customer service. Cary has actually referred several clients to her over the years up in Bellingham while she was away.

I am somewhat of a native to this area having attended middle school and high school in Issaquah. I am a hiker and nature lover. I enjoy winding down with some yoga or doing something crafty.
