A few days back, I blogged about how Bothell is so close to everything. I wrote about points of interest along I-405, such as Bellevue, Kirkland, and Redmond. But what about SR-522? Like I said last time, let's face it; whenever we want to get anywhere, we often ask ourselves how far do we have to drive? So I called Bothell the "center of everything." Why? Because it is located right between SR-522 and I-405. In this blog post today, I will focus on the SR-522 points of interest and how close everything that freeway accesses is to Bothell.

First, let's start with Kenmore. Kenmore is right next door to Bothell. It's known as an up-and-coming area for local breweries and several walkable places along the Burke-Gilman trail that runs along the…

Let’s face it; whenever we want to get anywhere, we often ask ourselves how far do we have to drive? Bothell can be known as the “center of everything.” It is literally right between SR-522 and I-405. In this blog post, today, I am going to focus on the I-405 points of interest and how close everything is to Bothell. We’ll follow up with part 2 in another blog discussing the points of interest off of SR-522.

Need to commute to Microsoft? By living in Bothell, you can be less than 15 min away from Microsoft without paying Redmond prices.

What about Bellevue? Who can say that they like dealing with traffic? I personally love Bothell because it is close to Bellevue but far enough to stay away from the Bellevue traffic.

Just recently, my husband and I decided to go out for a date night. We heard through a neighbor that a new restaurant just recently opened on Main Street no more than about a month ago. So, we decided to check it out.

The place is called Lewis & Main Restaurant Brewery, and it is located on Main Street Monroe

The place was super rustic and cozy. The environment had a great farmhouse feel to it. The staff was very friendly and very inviting.

I strongly recommend ordering the chicken dish, so good! Definitely get it with some bread. The broth was fantastic.
