The Cascade Team is looking for an experienced photographer to add to our preferred vender list. We have a Matterport 3D camera that we can lend you to enhance the still photos you take.

Ideal candidate will:

1. Have experience taking Real Estate Photography

2. Have their own quality photography equipment

3. Have good availability and time management skills. (During peak months of March – August we list 20—30 homes per month. We have 1 photographer in place, but this position should be prepared for 8-12 shoots per week)

4. Be tech savvy. The Matterport 3D camera is fairly easy to use, but does require uploading of the tours via our server and is operated through an Apple iPad interface.

5. Compensation is $200 per shoot which includes 25 still photos and the 3D Tour.

6. Ability to deal with pressured timelines and real estate professionals.

Someone with good interpersonal skills coupled with great photography skills can easily pick up an average of 10 shoots per week. At $200 per shoot that is $2,000 per week or $104,000 per year!

This is an independent contractor position. Payment is $200 per shoot. Only the Matterport 3D Camera will be provided. Photographer is required to provide their own camera equipment for still shots, transportation, insurance, etc.

Dollhouse View 

• Our enhancements to dollhouse view allow users to peel back floors one-by-one, providing an understanding for how different levels fit together in three dimensions, while offering an unobstructed view of lower floors.
• Floorplan View
  • Floorplan View has always offered an orthogonal, top-down view of a property. With the floors navigation enhancement, users can now toggle between floors in Floorplan View, rather than seeing only the top floor of a model. This allows enhanced space planning for applications like interior design.
• Inside View
  • Previously, users of Inside View had to make their way to a staircase to ascend or descend to different floors. With this new navigation, users can toggle between floors, as if in a virtual elevator.

The new feature suite also extends to Matterport Workshop, where you are now able to associate measurements and annotations with specific levels within a model.
