The City of Sammamish’s largest annual event. This free, fun filled day includes inflatable toys, live
entertainment, face painting, clowns, food, and of course, one of the biggest fireworks shows on the Eastside.
Fireworks are at 10pm this year!
For your safety, the trail connecting the stage area/City Hall plaza to the Lower Commons park will be closed starting at 9:30pm and through 11:30pm. There will be no left turns allowed off of 228 Ave starting at DiscoveryElementary and ending at SE 4 Ave from 4:30 to 11:30pm.
Paid parking ($5/per car) is available at Mary Queen of Peace, Sammamish Hills Lutheran Church and Skyline High School. Additional free parking is available at Sammamish City Hall, Eastside Catholic School, Discovery Elementary, Pine Lake Park and Sammamish Park and Ride. Eastlake High School is closed due to construction.
Be sure to stop by the Kids Area in the Lower Commons for bouncy toys ($5 admission) or face painting and games brought to you by Skyhawk’s sports camps and Mars Hill Church.Please do not bring personal BBQs or grills in to the site. Paid food offerings on-site include hamburgers and hot dogs, barbeque, Indian food, ice cream, kettle corn and elephant ears.
First Aid/Lost Person booths are located at the entrance to city hall and near the Kids Area in the Lower Commons. Trail closes at 9:30pm sharp. Be sure to be with your viewing partners by that time. Trail will reopen at 11:30. SE 4th will be closed to car traffic for 45 minutes after the fireworks have been completed for easy exit from the Lower Commons.
