We are very excited to announce that our 3D Matterport Virtual Tour camera has arrived. Over the next week we will be learning how to properly use the camera and then the week on November the 10^th you should be able to start booking 3D Virtual Tours. We have 2 photographers ready to use the camera and who will be on call. Janet is also already working on marketing materials for this: “State-of-the-art 3D Virtual Tours and floor plans AND a 1% Listing Commission!”

I know several agents are already including this technology in their listing presentations. With Redfin pushing this on TV more and more people are becoming aware of this technology and so we are very happy to be able to include in out portfolio here at The Cascade Team!
