We’re thrilled to have just opened our new office in Carmel, Indiana which was recently named the best place to live in America for 2018!
The city received this designation from Niche.com based on data from the U.S. Census, FBI, BLS, CDC, and other sources.
Carmel has been one of the fastest-growing communities in the country and now boasts a population of 86,940. It's not surprising that the city ranked #1 on Niche.com's list when you take a look at their very impressive report card:
As for the state of Carmel real estate, the median home value here is $306,500 with an incredible 78% of residents owning homes!
Carmel also managed to take the top spot in Niche.com's list of Best Suburbs to Live in America, ranked 7th in their list of Best Suburbs to Buy a House in America and ranked 22nd in their list of Best places to Buy a House in America!
