The unique seaside city of Dana Point is located in Orange County, Southern California, about halfway between Los Angeles and San Diego. It is a favorite central point, bordered by the cities of Laguna Niguel and Laguna Beach to the north, San Juan Capistrano to the east, and San Clemente to the south.  It prides itself with nearly seven miles of coastal bluffs and rolling hills along the Pacific Ocean with its charming beaches and wild surfs. It encompasses 6.5 square miles and is home to 34,037 people and numerous businesses.  Now including, The Cascade Team!

Our Dana Point office will be managed by Janet DePerry.  Janet has been in the Real Estate industry for over 20 years and will be a great mentor to the new agents that join her office.
