James has worked in the real estate industry for 15+ years. He started out as a licensed mortgage professional and eventually shifted his focus full time to real estate in 2006. His history with mortgages gives him a unique insight into the complete home buying and selling process and makes him a very knowledgeable resource throughout the experience. He has a passion for the philosophy that is the cornerstone of the Cascade Team – providing outstanding service at a fair price. James has a wide variety of experience helping buyers and sellers in many areas of real estate including traditional, bank owned, short sale, and investment properties.

He has been married for 20 years and the proud father of two children. He also enjoys sports and boating in his spare time.

James will be a wonderful addition to The Cascade Team and we look forward to his success as Managing Broker of our Spokane Office.
