The Cascade Team Real Estate is looking for a Licensed Assistant to add to our growing Team!
The Licensed Assistants work 30 hours per week Mon-Friday and then do 6 additional Open Houses (3 Hour Shifts Each) during the month.
Pay is $16 per hour for the 1st 6 months and then moves to $18 per hour after that.
Open House work is paid at $25 per hour
Active Real Estate License REQUIRED! NO Exceptions!!

Duties:
Ø Attend Inspections for agents
Ø Meet the photographer at homes as needed
Ø Meet appraisers at properties as needed
Ø Pick up paperwork from clients such as Form 17, signed addendums, Etc.
Ø Install key-boxes on listings as needed.
Ø Walk neighborhoods to deliver marketing materials.
Ø Run marketing materials to post offices for Agents/Brokers
Ø Deliver fliers to listings
Ø Place directional arrows for listings
Ø NWMLS Status changes (Price, Pending, Etc)
Ø Occasional Transaction work. According to the new rules with all listings having to go live by 5:00 on the day they are dated, there may be days when we need help at the office doing the in-put work.
Ø There may be other job related duties that go into helping the listing agent out that help us all deliver on the promise of Simply Outrageous Service and so we will plan on being flexible as needed.
Open House Work: Licensed Assistance receives 25% of the SOC for any buyer they work with that they meet through the Listing Agent’s Open House. {EXAMPLE 1: Buyer comes into an open house and decides to buy with the Licensed Assistant representing them. On a $500,000 home the SOC is $15,000. In this example the Licensed Assistant will receive a $3,750 bonus} {EXAMPLE 2: Buyer comes into an open house and decides to buy a different home with the Licensed Assistant representing them. Ø Ø Show potential buyers the homes for the Listing Agents.
Ø Ø Hold the home open for the public
Ø Ø Provide the Listing agent and Homeowner with a written list and report of showing activity
Ø Ø Gather the information of any potential contact be they neighbors considering listing their home or buyers and give those leads to the Listing Agents.
Requirements: Real Estate License Required!

- Real Estate or Broker license
- Understanding of the current local Real Estate Market
- Excellent sales and client consulting skills
- Working knowledge of real estate contracts and forms
- PC literate in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and the Internet
