Below however is a very nice example of what SpyDoor can do. This example listing is from Diego Vitelli and currently Pending in the NWMLS. Diego listed this home for $700,000…. SpyDoor has it values at $712,000…. And Diego has it under contract to close next week at $710,000….. Again not every home value will be this accurate, and home going for well over asking price in an area, or homes located in more remote areas can cause greater vagrancies, but this is a very good place to start…
