Jared Tadique worked tirelessly for months doing research, legwork and chauffer work to make sure that I found the home of my dreams. He never let me lose hope that I would be able to purchase the home I wanted in the neighborhood I wanted that was within my price range. His humor and his knowledge of the real estate market kept me calm and confident every step of the emotional house hunting journey. In the end Jared helped me find the exact home I with the square footage in the neighborhood I wanted and Jared worked so hard with my Mortgage Broker, Ryan Halvorson at Axia Home Loans, that the sale closed earlier than expected. My little boy and I now have a place to call our own and I couldn’t have done it without Jared.
