I want to give a big personal shout out to Persnickety Lawn and Landscape. Simply put… Our yard was a mess. Over the past four years I have added countless bags of seed, fertilizer, and even resorted to voodoo chants trying to get the lawn in amazing shape. To say I was fighting a losing battle would have been an understatement, so finally my wife Janet said; “Enough!”
Janet found Persnickety online along with a few other companies and set about interviewing landscapers to come in and fix the drainage problems and overall shape of our yard once and for all. It only took her one meeting with Keith Wolfe the owner of Persnickety however to know she had found the right crew to make our dream yard a reality….
The Persnickety Lawn and Landscape crew worked for two straight days with a team of 5 guys, never even stopping for a break, and then showed up on the 3rd morning to make sure all the sprinklers were working and to pressure wash off the driveway and patio. We literally saw them with a pair of scissors cutting the newly laid sod around the irrigation boxes and corners of the sidewalk! Everything looks simply amazing of as they say themselves…. “Persnickety!”
So like they say, pictures are worth a 1000 words…. So take a look for yourselves!

Thank you,
Sydney
Hi Sydney, No problem with the question. It was $6400 but we needed a lot of work. They literally brought in 2 truck loads of dirt and had to raise the backyard 3 inches, which meant redoing the irrigation, added sod, trimmed all of the shrubs, and then in the front we had a drainage issue and so they had to re-slope the entire front yard.

I feel like I live on a golf course it looks so perfect.
