We are very happy to share that www.TheCascadeTeam.com has expanded by adding four new offices in 2013. Those locations are in North Bend, WA; Los Angeles, California; Portland, Oregon, and in Leavenworth, WA.

www.TheCascadeTeam.com also underwent a huge transformation with our “Brand Refresh” initiative which delivered the 1st and in many cases still the only “Responsive” real estate website platform.

www.TheCascadeTeam.com’s Responsive Web design is an approach that suggests that design and development should respond to the user’s behavior and environment based on screen size, platform and orientation. As the user switches from their laptop to iPad to smart-phone, the website automatically switches to accommodate for resolution, image size and scripting abilities. In other words, the website has the technology to automatically respond to the user’s preferences.

As always our core mission is to be a part of the communities we serve. From Project Crayon Drive in the spring, 4^th of July events in the summer, Green Halloween in the fall and Holiday Sleigh Rides and Tree lighting events in the winter we strive to be more than just your local real estate company. In 2014 look for more growth in Northern California, Scottsdale, AZ, additional offices in Washington and possibly Hawaii and Idaho as well. In addition we will continue to add more services and features to our program to ensure that our Agents and Brokers are the best in the business and that they have all the tools and training to deliver a customer experience that is second to none.
