I hope you all are having a great start to 2019. So far we have been blessed with some beautiful sunny days to start the new year! We heard about Craig at Peacock Appliance several years ago when our dishwasher suddenly quit working, since then he has serviced almost every major appliance in our home. Most recently our washer unexpectedly quit and I found myself in a state of panic as I opened the door and water poured out all over the floor. Luckily, we have the most amazing neighbors that let us finish the load and we know Craig's #. I called Peacock immediately and his wife Junie answered the phone and said he could come out Monday. It would be 4 days without our washer which seemed like an eternity! Craig came out and began problem-solving immediately. He carefully disassembled the washer in an effort to diagnose the problem. After working through some difficult error codes he discovered some miscellaneous items in our pipes and the problem was fixed! Within an hour after his arrival we were back in business with a smooth running washer. With that said, I love that Craig keeps our senior citizen appliances running and for a reasonable fee, plus he always has time to answer our questions and talk about life. Craig has been working in this industry since 1974 and he and his wife have been North Bend residents for the last 40 years. If ever your appliances turn your world upside down, I can't say enough good things about Peacock appliance.
