We are also very happy to welcome Marvin Von Renchler as our Managing Broker for the Portland area. Marvin has over 30 years experience in Real Estate and mortgages and has succeeded at the highest levels including owning and running his own company. His deep connections throughout the real estate community will help us immensely as we recruit and grow our office.

Starting as a broker with Prospectors Realty 1980, Marvin Von Renchler won all company awards and purchased the company at the end of his first year. Adding a mortgage division, Marvin grew to cover a three city area in California, then changed the name to Security Trust and operated multiple locations until moving to Portland in 1993.  Marvin became an industry expert in real estate contracts and creative financing, and helped make a change to California’s purchase contract. Starting with a USC certificate for Executive Broker Methods, his education spans 33 years of updating to keep licenses current. Marvin has also worked with developers to take subdivisions from a drawing to final sales.
