We are VERY happy to welcome Laura back to The Cascade Team. Laura worked for The Cascade Team from late 2008 until 2013, and after a few years away we are happy to bring back a wonderful broker and show her all of the added advancements we have made in the past few years. I am happy to be one of few Agents who offers a FULL service, 4% TOTAL listing fee (compared to the traditional 6%). To list a home with me I offer you a very affordable 1% listing fee and suggest that you offer 3% selling office commission (SOC), to attract buyers to your home. The 1% listing fee – a complete FULL service package – has proven to be very successful and affordable!! I am happy to sacrifice some profit in order to accommodate people in this changing market. Willingness to change and adapt is the key to success. My exceptional service, marketing program and a reasonable 1% listing fee makes it achievable to sell a home in today's market!

I have been a licensed Real Estate Agent in the state of Washington for over 8 years and hold a B.S. with a major in Finance from the University of Connecticut (UCONN). As a Finance major, I have over 15 years experience in high level sales and financial negotiations. I took 5 years off to raise my son and am now using my financial background and love for working with people to help you achieve a smooth and pleasant experience whether buying or selling a home.

I live and work on Snoqualmie Ridge, and am definitely a market "specialist" on The Ridge. I have also done a good deal of business in Issaquah, Redmond, Bellevue, Sammamish and North Bend.

On a personal note, I am the lucky, proud Mother of a very spirited 13 year old boy, I am a Marathon Runner (recently ran the Boston Marathon), a skydiver (2000 jumps out of a perfectly good airplane), and hold a private pilot’s license. I love life and enjoy experiencing life and people!
