We are happy to welcome Amelia Kendrick to The Cascade Team!  She will be working as both an agent and assistant in our Woodinville Office with Managing Broker, Shannon Woodcock and Dafna Shalev.  

I was born and raised here and absolutely love our beautiful state.  I grew up on Whidbey Island but eventually moved to the Everett-Mukilteo area.  I went to the University of Washington, graduating with a degree in Communications. I also have a degree in Culinary Arts from the Art Institute of Seattle. 

Currently I live in Snohomish. My husband Ben and I have two amazing children, Madison is 13 and Ben is 10.  I am an avid reader, gardener and cook.  We have a Springer spaniel named Jessie and a cat who answers to Lucy.

Real estate became a passion of mine after I bought my first condominium and only grew when we bought our first house in Bothell.  Helping others realize their dream of homeownership is very rewarding to me.  Getting to be a part of that journey is truly an honor and I strive to help my clients experience be the best it can be.

Amelia will be a wonderful addition to The Cascade Team and we look forward to her success!
