We are happy to welcome Dan Baldwin to The Cascade Team! He will be joining our Main Issaquah office.
Real estate executive with thirty years in retail real estate development and “REO” asset management. Diverse background in all channels of fuel trade with two national brand retailers including Petroleum Marketing Practices Act “PMPA” franchise management, and Uniform Franchise Offering Circular “UFOC” accountability for convenience store sales. Experience includes 2 years of senior assisted-living development, plus 8 years of multi-unit chain franchise management, and 6 years as General Manager National Accounts, for a national moving and storage agency.
Personal background includes a B.A. degree in Communications from California State University at Fullerton, with a minor in Marketing. Sales and marketing management became my avocation in corporate real estate with four of the nation’s top corporate developers; 7-Eleven, Marriott, Texaco, and Conoco Phillips. I retired from Conoco and moved to Arizona to pursue business brokerage for two years. I then moved back to California to process the transformation of a small marketer selling lube operations while coordinating the development of a small chain of express drive-thru car washes via 1031 exchanges.
I developed a small auctioneering firm and have been involved in stage and commercial acting as pastimes.
