Commitment to community is what motivates Devina Williams. She believes that giving back keeps a neighborhood thriving. She also believes that a thriving neighborhood guarantees us the relationships that maintain our happiness and health.

Devina’s communication and negotiation skills are a result of nearly a decade of practicing law. As a manager in a large corporation, she developed an effective interpersonal style that is both sincere and insightful. Devina believes that service to a client is worthless if the client’s objectives don’t drive the process.

 Devina’s primary purpose is to utilize her talents and experience to help others. After buying her first home (a fixer upper), her “dream home” (rendered upside down by the market), her relocation, and her rental home, coupled with a few sales as well it is evident that Devina actually “walks the walk”. She has personally experienced most of the special scenarios instructors teach in real estate school.

 In her free time, Devina enjoys going to the park with her son Devin. It is her favorite way to spend the day. You can also find her hauling trash on the weekends with her husband as his “free labor” for his property preservation business. Devina also volunteers for veterans, vacation bible camp, United Way, and her son’s elementary school library.
