I really value the 1% listing fee, especially in today's hot market! I believe TCT has an excellent reputation for its customer service and agents. For me, working for a company that allows you to really run your own business, but is there if you need the assistance is hands down a win/win for ALL.  Over the past 13 years, I've worked for a few different organizations within a sales role. Most recently, I was the Director of Sales for a digital media company - running their Seattle office. Creating a large footprint within the Kirkland market. Assisting the Cornwall brothers/Kirkland office in helping The Cascade Team to be a well known brand and trusted partner to work with in my very own city! Within the next 3-5 years, I'd like to average 50-75 transactions a year!  I played college soccer at Oklahoma State University and Seattle University.  I am married to my husband, Pat Conniff and mother to our 3 children; Cole, Case and Cruz.
