We are happy to welcome Karen Bliven to The Cascade Team! 

Karen was referred to The Cascade Team by her good friend, Becky Lower who works for The Cascade Team. She currently owns a preschool in Snoqualmie and has been teaching for the past 20 years. She has been working as a licensed real estate agent for the past couple of years. 

Karen will be a wonderful addition to The Cascade Team and we look forward to her success!

I have been a licensed real estate Broker for two years now.

The Snoqualmie Valley is very near and dear to my heart. I have a very unique knowledge of the Snoqualmie Valley because I have lived in this community for over 25 years. The Valley has many hidden gems and I can help you discover them. I would love the opportunity to help you find your dream home in this amazing area. I specialize in buying and selling homes in North Bend, Snoqualmie and the lower Snoqualmie Valley as well as the Snoqualmie Ridge and Issaquah.

A little about me: I have four daughters and live on a small farm in Snoqualmie. Our farm has a pony, alpaca, and goats. I have had three of my four daughters graduate from Mount Si High School and currently have a daughter in middle school so I am very in tuned what is going on in the Snoqualmie valley School District. I have been an educator in the Snoqualmie Valley for many years and have my Bachelors in Education and my Masters in Technology. I enjoy traveling, spending time with my children and grandchildren, gardening and camping.
