Kathy's background in real estate spans almost 40 years. As a private investor, she has bought and sold, fixed and flipped, and wholesaled several hundred properties. As a real estate broker, she has represented both buyers and sellers in various types of real estate transactions. Her client base represents all price ranges in the Greater Eastside and surrounding Seattle areas.

Kathy is dedicated 100% to meeting her client's needs with quality client care. She has a passion for real estate and a love of people. Kathy's clients value her negotiation skills and insights into the needs of all parties in a transaction. She closely monitors the process of each step of the way.

As a value-added service, Kathy works with a strong team of professionals including a full-time transaction coordinator and marketing coordinator to ensure the quality and professional representation. Kathy is an active member of her community. Along with her husband, she also directs a non-profit organization that helps provide necessary medical operations for needy children in KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa.
