We are happy to welcome "Oliver" to The Cascade Team!  Oliver will be working out of our Spokane office with Brokerage Manager, James Faucett.

Oliver has worked in the real estate industry for over 8+ year. He started out as a junior mortgage lender moving over quickly to do be a licensed real estate agent while in Los Angeles. After a move to be closer to family, he became licensed in Washington state as well. His history with mortgages gives him a unique insight into the complete home buying and selling process and makes him a very knowledgeable resource throughout the experience. providing outstanding service where ever needed. Oliver has a background in music while studying in Minnesota became friend with members in The Revolution, Princes band and has engineered sessions for members of Wu Tang Clan, Dru Down, “Dtoolz” David Young engineer for Michael Jackson and many others. While setting up for a show Oliver also got a chance to jam with Billy Preston “The Fifth Beatle”, which was one of his to-do’s on his bucket list. Oliver has a vast knowledge of working with seller and buyers especially Spokane’s 1st Time Home Buyers Program, so whatever your wants and needs are in Oliver will be sure that those needs are met.
