About Phil: Over the past 30 years, I have owned and managed several successful retail businesses in SW Washington and Oregon. During this time, I learned about the importance of exceeding customer expectations, particularly when it comes to providing high quality service, understanding and addressing customers’ specific needs, and meeting deadlines every time. 

I have brought this experience to my past 11 years in the real estate industry, where I have focused on new home construction and sales as well as listing and selling existing homes and commercial properties. As a real estate agent, I work hard to be an advocate for my customer. Whether you are buying or selling a home or business, my goal is to understand your needs, communicate with transparency, and negotiate the best possible outcome for you. I follow the details of all transactions from start to finish to ensure a smooth, on-time closing. I also assist my clients in the finding the best mortgage rates.
