We are very happy to welcome Rob and Carol Junglov to The Cascade Team. Rob and Carol are a brother and sister team and come to us from Windermere. Together they will cover from Bellevue on up to the Lynnwood area and over to Edmonds.

 

Rob Junglov, Real Estate Broker

I am a full time, active real estate broker and I represent buyers and sellers of residential real estate in the greater Puget Sound area, primarily in Snohomish and King Counties.  I pride myself on making sure my clients fully understand the current real estate market, the process of buying and selling a home and the implications of the contracts they are signing.

Experience

Whether you are a buyer, a seller, or both, I am a seasoned agent who can get the job done for you.  I have been through the frenzied multiple offer market at the height of the bubble and the painful short sale and foreclosure market that followed.  I have represented buyers using conventional, FHA and VA financing.  I have handled complex contingent transactions, short sales and bank owned properties.  I have the experience to get the job done and the wisdom to advise my clients to seek other professional advice

Philosophy

My business philosophy is to continue to build my business one client at a time.  I take each transaction personally and I treat every one of my clients as if they were a member of my own family.  I do not cut corners, when I give my word I keep it and I will always tell my clients what I think they need to hear even if sometimes it may not be what they want to hear.  My clients know that I am not a real estate salesperson, I am a trusted real estate advisor.  My goal is to create a great real estate experience and great result for all of my clients and to earn their repeat business and the referrals of their friends and family.

 Carol Junglov, Real Estate Broker

I am a full time, active residential real estate broker representing buyers and sellers.  I am a second generation    realtor who grew up in Edmonds and have worked in the Edmonds Windermere office for eleven years.  I obtained a Bachelor Degree from the University of Washington and went on to earn a paralegal degree.  I worked as a paralegal for many years before becoming a licensed broker in 2003. My legal background has been a huge benefit to me, and my clients, during my real estate career.

Experience and Education

Having been a licensed broker since 2003, I have been through interesting and challenging times with my clients.  Through the fast and furious bubble years, the huge crash and now working through the recovery, each period has led to new challenges and opportunities.  I am a seasoned agent who knows what it takes to get a transaction closed; there is so much that happens after a Purchase and Sale Agreement is signed, it’s where a lot of the unseen work takes place.  I have represented buyers using conventional, FHA or VA financing as well as cash buyers, and each of these have their unique twists and turns to be aware of.  I have successfully helped buyers and sellers through the short sale process and have represented buyers purchasing bank owned properties and properties in bankruptcy proceedings.  I have worked with sellers in the middle of divorces and after the death of a spouse or parents; each transaction has a very personal aspect to it, it is more than just paperwork and dollars.

I strongly believe in continuing education and am always looking for new ways to improve the level of service I provide. 

I stay current on Washington State Law, Northwest Multiple Service rules and the ever-changing dynamics of the business of real estate.

Philosophy

Each of my clients deserves the very best representation that I can provide them.  It is my responsibility to be knowledgeable about what is happening with our local market and to continue to educate myself on the issues that we are facing in today’s world and the different aspects of the business of real estate.  My goal in each transaction is to create a great experience for my clients to help them achieve their goals.  Not every reason for a transaction is a happy one and I am attuned to the emotional journey that the real estate process can be for families.
