We are happy to welcome Salim to The Cascade Team! Salim will be working at the Main Issaquah Office as a Transaction Coordinator. He will also be able to provide assistant work as needed for our agents.
Salim's Assistant Duties Include:
- Attend Inspections for agents
- Meet the photographer at homes as needed
- Meet appraisers at properties as needed
- Pick up paperwork from clients such as Form 17, signed addendums, Etc.
- Install key-boxes on listings as needed
- Walk neighborhoods to deliver marketing materials
- Run marketing materials to post offices for Agents/Brokers
- Deliver flyers to listings
- Place directional arrows for listings
- Show potential buyers the homes for the Listing Agents.
- Hold Open Houses for the public & Broker’s Opens
- Provide the Listing agent and Homeowner with a written list and report of showing activity
- Salim will be able to help our agents so we can deliver on the promise of Simply Outrageous Service!

Scott being mentored by his father Rick Juma and his business partner Edward Chang. Taking an extended medical leave to overcome the horrors of bowel cancer, he has now transferred over to the Cascade Team to better serve any clients he comes across!
Doing a double major in Law and Bio-Engineering, Salim has the life experience to see many different kinds of perspectives. He has also taken multiple business and marketing classes in order to learn different parts of all aspects of the corporate world. Salim has also travelled to eleven different countries including: Kenya, England, Syria, France and more! He climbed Mt. Kilimanjaro at the tender age of seventeen, showcasing the fact that he’ll do whatever it takes to get YOU, that best deal possible!
