Welcome To The Cascade Team Seglinda (Sig) Jones!

Seglinda Jones (Sig) is a native of Southern California living 20 years in Los Angeles and then moving on to Orange County, raising her family in the City of Orange. Family being the focus and center of her life, the move of her younger daughter and son-in-law to the Pacific Northwest, followed by her older daughter and then birth of her only grandchild, brought a relocation to the beautiful Snoqualmie Valley.  North Bend has been home base for 16 years.

A strong background in business as owner of an art leasing company and two co-owned professional real estate property management companies in Southern California, led to partnership and management of a start-up Northwest art store in Snoqualmie.  And, again back into property management as property manager for Snoqualmie Valley Property Management in North Bend for the last 9+ years.

Sig holds a genuine concern and interest in all persons she meets, whether it be through the individual prospective ownership of properties or the search and rental of a home for an individual or family.  Each endeavor has always proven to be an exciting challenge with expectations and results achieved.  Most compelling on this business path have been the good people and friends made.

Sig brings her vast experience to real estate and specializes in property management, leasing and residential sales.
