A little about Sher:

I have been a licensed real estate broker for 10 years. My professional background includes administration, marketing, business development and finance ~ spanning more than 20 years of service in some of the following industries:

• Commercial Real Estate & Property Management
• Construction, Architecture and Landscape Architecture
• Financial Investments

 Throughout my career, I have worked in fast-paced and demanding environments; dealt with time-sensitive and high-profile projects; and always performed with the highest level of professionalism, integrity and attention to detail. I use these experiences and skill sets to ensure a smoother real estate transaction for you from start to finish.

 I work with Buyers to find a home they want, deserve and reflects their personal lifestyles. I also use my marketing and financial background (as well as my “home staging” expertise) to help Sellers to sell their property at its top market value and within a timely manner. Whether you’re buying or selling a home, my goal is not only to meet your real estate needs, desires and timelines, but to exceed your expectations throughout the entire process.

 During my free time, I enjoy hobbies such as inline skating, dancing, hiking, and group work-out classes; spending time with family and friends; and also remain active in my community through volunteer services with church, the local animal shelter, and non-profit organizations such as Easter Seals and the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation.
