• A Little About Spencer:  Pacific Northwest native, Spencer was born in Seattle and grew up on the Eastside in Redmond.  Growing up in a real estate family, Spencer had the advantage of being exposed to a wealth of real estate and construction knowledge. At Steven D. Smith Construction, he learned the best methods of property selection, home design, material selection, construction techniques, and street appeal to ensure success in the real estate world. Solid values of integrity, determination, and kindness have enabled him to build strong relationships in the local real estate community.
        Spencer graduated from Santa Clara University with a BA in Marketing. He utilizes his vast knowledge and skill set derived from his education, extensive work in multiple construction trades, and at Steven D. Smith Construction in order to educate home buyers into making smart home buying decisions. Spencer not only ensures that a home purchase fits a client’s needs and budget, but can also provide contracting services through Smith NW Homes to transform your purchase into your dream home.
       Spencer is an outdoor enthusiast that enjoys mountain biking and hiking with his two dogs, skiing, climbing Mt. Rainier, and more. He enjoys living on the Eastside in their home in Issaquah with his beautiful wife, two dogs, and cat. Spencer and his wife share in their commitment to the brighter future of the world through higher education, improved literacy rates and equal gender opportunities. A portion of Spencer’s real estate commissions are contributed towards building schools in developing nations, through BuildOn, a charity and 501 (c)(3).
