I joined the Cascade Team because of their incredible program,  Full service brokerage at 4%.  Having worked in the Building/Construction field for 14 years,  I have experienced the changing model of the real  estate  marketing firms  and  The Cascade Team is the present and future of full service brokerages!

I love Seattle,  it is the place I call home after traveling and working around the world.  In the late 1990’s I began my career in the housing field, remodeling houses for investment and  resale, to building new homes , and  evolving to  real estate broker.   

I always remember  being the buyer or seller of a house, and the knowledge needed to provide exceptional customer service and understanding from all sides of the transaction.
