The real estate market has never fully recovered since the economy collapsed in  2008, and after four years real estate agents are still pulling out all of their  tricks to try and sell a property.

We've noticed the past year, agents are going to extreme measures to try and  market their homes. We're not sure how successful they were,  but the tactics definitely are good for a laugh.

WASHINGTON (AP) — A sharply divided Congress isn't likely to jump at President Barack Obama's challenge for quick passage of a mortgage refinancing bill that supporters say could help millions of homeowners save big each year and boost the economy.

Obama praised the legislation in his State of the Union speech last week, saying the proposal would help more homeowners with mortgages backed by Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac take advantage of low interest rates and refinance their loans.

More and more U.S. housing markets starting to tilt in sellers’ favors. 

For the average home in the U.S., the gap between the listing price and closing price is narrowing with sellers able to get more than 98 percent of their home’s listing price back.
